Architectural Designer

We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer. Applicants shall have worked in the field of Architecture a minimum of 8 years (post professional degree), and preferably have been licensed.

- Well rounded role in Architecture, working in all stages of design from early concepts through Construction Administration.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture: BArch or related.
- Communication skills that enhance client relationships and collaboration with team members
- Willingness to embrace sustainable design practices, and holistic design approaches.
- Desire for continued professional growth and willingness to provide mentorship to younger staff.
- Ability to work in multiple project roles depending on the team structure, ranging from project management to production of working drawings, specification writing, technical narrative writing, graphics and marketing assistance.
The appropriate level of knowledge, experience, and skills related to position applying for in these areas:
- Creativity that produces thoughtful design solutions for complex commercial projects. Strong conceptual design and schematic design skills.
- Technical skills: construction documents, code review, construction administration and experience in Revit, Sketch-up and AutoCAD. Experience with rendering in Twin Motion (or similar) and working proficiency in Adobe’s Creative Cloud Suite a plus.
