This Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer – III position in Irving, Texas requires a candidate with excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The role involves working on site acquisition, project management, compliance, budgeting, and vendor coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project completion and site acquisition tasks.
  • Track vendor performance and ensure updates in leasing, zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Work in multiple systems, manage project budgets, and participate in deployment calls.
  • Collaborate with real estate specialists, law firms, and third parties to prepare and route documents for signature.
  • Handle real estate documents, update databases, and manage budget processes.
  • Coordinate calls with vendors and project teams, and manage all aspects of project success.
  • Perform special projects and provide support to team members as needed.


Must-Have Skills:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and learning tools like FUZE.


Desired Skills:

  • Administrative assistance, telecommunications real estate, or property management experience.
  • Familiarity with budget management and project/vendor management.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired.
