Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager for a key account in the non-profit Jewish community, responsible for ensuring our client delivers top-notch marketing services. The role demands a highly organized, strategic thinker with extensive project management experience and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative setting with exceptional attention to detail. You will handle problem-solving, manage communications, and drive projects to completion.

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects: initiate, plan, execute, and successfully deliver various projects simultaneously.
  • Manage a high volume of detailed projects, ensuring comprehensive project management and client communication.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and media manager to ensure cohesive project development, integrating creative elements and media strategies.
  • Prioritize team tasks and allocate creative resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.
  • Schedule and lead meetings with internal teams and partners to discuss project status, updates, needs, and next steps.
  • Maintain precise meeting notes, decisions, and action items to ensure clear communication and accountability.
  • Contribute to or lead strategic discussions to align project goals with overall marketing objectives.
  • Develop and lead clear, comprehensive creative briefs that guide the creative team based on strategic discussions.
  • Track project progress using project management tools to ensure timely completion.
  • Work with managers to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and are delivered on schedule.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape, applying this knowledge to enhance project execution and strategies.

Qualifications

You are a motivated, entrepreneurial-minded achiever with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant project management role, with client service experience. You are knowledgeable in digital, social, and performance marketing, and have a passion for continuous learning.
