The Vision business unit is all about creating power-efficient System-on-a-Chip (SoC) ASIC devices for the automotive market.


Responsibilities


- Architect, implement, and deploy DFT flow for ASICs designed by the Vision BU.

- Drive the entire DFT cycle of the ASIC, including test insertion, test coverage assessment, and at-speed testing.

- Lead efforts in fault simulation, debugging, and verification.

- Transition new silicon into volume production.

- Assist with debugging of existing post-production ASICs.

- Develop reusable DFT strategies across generations of similar ASICs and different packaging options.

- Collaborate with Design, Software, and Product teams to ensure successful deployment and support of DFT features in the ASIC.


Requirements


- 10+ years of experience with multiple ASICs, complete lifecycle experience (Bachelor's + 10 years, Master + 5 years).

- Proven experience with industry-standard DFT tools and methodologies. Knowledge of Mentor test-tool suite is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with the synthesis of DFT features and structures.

- Ability to perform logical equivalence checks between pre- and post-DFT netlists.

- Expertise in propagating DFT constraints for both in-house and external IP, and conducting DFT-related Static Timing Analysis.

- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, and Python.

- Strong debugging skills for DFT-related issues in simulation, post-silicon bring-up, and post-production phases.

- A proactive, team-player attitude towards design, debugging, and problem-solving.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
