Must Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in an Administrative role
  • 2+ years’ experience and intermediate proficiency-level usage of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, MS Project
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate with a variety of departments and personalities.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to greet individuals onsite and have a strong phone presence
  • Experience working with Google platforms: Google sheets, Google Mail, Google Hangout


Day to Day:

  • Greeting office visitors, answering incoming calls and directing visitors or callers in a professional manner
  • Responsible for all front desk administrative duties such as photocopying, printing, scanning and sorting, and distributing mail
  • Assist with the scheduling of meeting spaces as well as ordering and restocking snacks and office items
  • Assist with any administrative tasks from the Project Managers, Project Engineers, etc.
