Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at KW Property Management, LLC.

Job Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that all aspects of management are handled efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff, maintaining facilities, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise on-site staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for and that financial goals are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, residents, and vendors to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and strategies to improve our operations.
Requirements
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents with a similar degree of complexity.
  • Must be proficient and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Must have a Florida CAM license.
  • Must have a valid FL Driver's license.
Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee will need to walk the property on a daily basis which will include climbing stairs.

Travel

There will be some travel to attend training and/or meetings, locally.

Education and Experience

Must have a strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents with a similar degree of complexity. Must be proficient and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications. Must have a Florida CAM license. Must have a valid FL Driver's license.

Some locations will require bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
