Our client is seeking a dynamic and consultative Senior Digital Strategist to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to conduct audits, create strategic recommendations, and drive growth opportunities for a large client undergoing a digital ecosystem review.


Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning

- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing and lifecycle marketing strategies

- Establishing email marketing best practices and benchmarks, identifying and tracking key performance indicators to optimize engagement

- Creating robust segmentation strategies aimed at personalizing the customer journey

- Analyzing campaign performance data and providing actionable insights to optimize and improve results

- Preparing and presenting detailed reports and presentations to clients, showcasing campaign performance and strategic recommendations

- Building successful relationships and identifying new opportunities with existing clients and business units

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to prioritize effectively

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including websites, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills


Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital strategy development and campaign management

- Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns that meet or exceed client goals

- Ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and marketing automation & analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo, etc)


This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to come in on the ground floor of the onboarding of a large client and help create a strategic business unit within the agency.
