Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Administer and manage employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the open enrollment process, including the communication and education of benefits information to employees.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, staying current with legislative changes.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to maintain compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee and resolve complex employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Conduct and oversee investigations into employee relations issues, recommending and implementing appropriate actions.
  • Drive the performance appraisal process, offering strategic guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Design and implement performance improvement plans to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify organizational training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Facilitate and lead training sessions on various HR-related topics, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including strategic sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong expertise in employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record in strategic talent acquisition and complex employee relations management.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
