Role Overview
As a Compassionate Senior Care Specialist at Sunrise Senior Living, you'll provide the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Job Responsibilities
- BUILD MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS: Get to know our residents' unique preferences and personalities as you assist them with activities of daily living and notify management of changes in condition.
- CARE MANAGEMENT: Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.
- RISK MANAGEMENT: Partner with our community team to maintain a safe environment, adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting Risk Management programs and policies.
- DINING SERVICES: Respond to the dining needs of our residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.
Requirements
- EDUCATION: High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
- EXPERIENCE: Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- SKILLS: Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- CERTIFICATIONS: Must maintain certifications in states where required.
