Summary:


Create and maintain close relationships with all parties involved in commercial transactions and help facilitate sales through the structuring of creative and appealing loan, deposit, cash management and merchant card processing products.


Major Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Fostering and nurture relationships with stakeholders in commercial transactions.
  • Develop innovative and enticing financial products like loans, deposits, and cash management solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales team to facilitate transactions effectively.
  • Tailor financial solutions to meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Strive for creativity in structuring financial products.
  • Ensuring offerings are attractive and competitive in the market.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their requirements.
  • Provide guidance on the selection of appropriate financial products.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
  • Continuously adapt offerings to align with market trends and client demands.
  • Maintain the ACCESSway.
  • All other duties assigned.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or management required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in originating commercial, consumer, real estate loans and other portfolio-type products.
  • Underwriting knowledge, from origination to loan closing.
  • Strong consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, ability to handle multiple priorities and produce results, ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated/takes initiative.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial, industrial, commercial real-estate and consumer lending policies and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively work with colleagues and on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes.
