Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations Associate to drive the growth of our preferred equity business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for raising capital, building relationships with investors, and strategizing initiatives to increase visibility among target investors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise capital on a deal-by-deal basis, ensuring alignment with investors' goals and the broader objectives of Novyx Capital.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, providing updates on performance, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment with their investment goals.
  • Work alongside our debt platform management to ensure alignment on each deal.
  • Strategize initiatives to increase visibility among target investors and position Novyx Capital competitively in the marketplace.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor materials such as pitch books, executive summaries, and reports to ensure professional and compelling presentations.
  • Lead the organization of client conferences, fund meetings, and other key investor events to maintain strong investor relationships.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in capital raising, investor relations, or a related field within real estate, private equity, or finance.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in raising significant capital across multiple deals, with a strong network of investor relationships.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to craft and execute capital-raising strategies, identify investor trends, and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear, compelling manner.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter who is highly motivated, proactive, and capable of driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
