The Role:

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for various aspects of warehouse operations


In this role, you need to be detail-oriented and proactive and you will be responsible for managing procurement processes, overseeing inventory management, and coordinating logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.


Responsibilities:


Warehouse Operations:

  • Perform regular inventory cycle counts to ensure precision and promptly reconcile any discrepancies
  • Oversee the replenishment and ordering processes for warehouse materials, including placing daily replenishment orders and initiating orders when inventory levels dip below predefined thresholds
  • Ensure the replenishment of truck materials and effectively communicate with technicians to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Implement and enforce rigorous lockdown procedures in the warehouse to regulate and monitor employee access, foster accountability, and uphold security protocols


Tools & Equipment Management:

  • Efficiently manage tools and equipment inventory, including locating, tracking 
  • Issue acknowledgement receipts forms
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs as required
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for rentals or movement of tools and equipment as needed


Backup for the other warehouse manager:

  • Serve as a backup for the other Warehouse Manager, stepping in to ensure smooth operations in their absence
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, warehouse staff, and technicians, to resolve any issues or concerns promptly
