CV Resources is partnering with a small but dynamic manufacturing company in Boise, ID, to fill a Senior HR Generalist role. This organization, with approximately 100 employees, values a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior HR Generalist to join this manufacturing team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will excel in both strategic and hands-on HR functions, with a particular focus on recruitment and employee engagement to support the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to onboarding.
- Build relationships with local hiring channels and develop a talent pipeline.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- HR Generalist Duties:
- Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Manage employee records, HRIS systems, and generate HR reports as needed. (Paycom)
- Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Partner with leadership to develop initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Organize and implement training and development programs.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
