Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior HR Generalist / Recruiter to join this manufacturing team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will excel in both strategic and hands-on HR functions, with a particular focus on recruitment and employee engagement to support the company's growth.

Main Responsibilities

">

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

">

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to onboarding. Build relationships with local hiring channels and develop a talent pipeline. Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

HR Generalist Duties:

">

• Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations. Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Manage employee records, HRIS systems, and generate HR reports as needed.

Culture & Employee Engagement:

">

• Partner with leadership to develop initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention. Organize and implement training and development programs.

Compliance & Policy Management:

">

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update employee handbooks and company policies.

Qualifications:

">

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of HR generalist experience, including full-cycle recruitment, are required. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is essential. Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus. Proficiency in HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite is also required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
