Senior HR Generalist / Recruiter Opportunity

Company Overview:

We are partnering with a dynamic manufacturing company in Boise, Idaho, to fill a Senior HR Generalist / Recruiter role. This organization values a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
    • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to onboarding.
    • Build relationships with local hiring channels and develop a talent pipeline.
    • Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
  • HR Generalist Duties:
    • Administer HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulations.
    • Provide support for employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
    • Manage employee records, HRIS systems, and generate HR reports as needed.
  • Culture and Employee Engagement:
    • Partner with leadership to develop initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
    • Organize and implement training and development programs.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
    • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain and update employee handbooks and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of HR generalist experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
