JOB DESCRIPTION:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities-

  • New sales representatives build a diverse book of business from scratch
  • Driven to met or exceed monthly goals/metrics
  • Report on-site in our downtown Greenville office, M-F

  • Prospecting/qualifying customers/multi-tasker/persistence skill set/confident

  • Pursuing new business around the U.S., Canada and Mexico by cold calling and emailing shippers that consistently move products

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Higher education (i.e. two or four year degree) preferred but not required or a minimum of 2 years of work experience in inside sales or logistics related roles with longevity of employment in roles preferred
  • One or more year(s) of experience Building a Book of Business/B2B sales preferred
  • A firm understanding of marketing strategies, sales tools, and customer service principles.
  • An innovative thinker with results driven success
  • Excellent presentation and staging skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet (social media, internet databases and research tools)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person

Pay: Industry Competitive Base salary with potential of higher based salary based on industry experience, with an additional monthly performance incentive and training incentive the first year.
