Your Responsibilities:



As a Construction Site Operations Specialist, you will handle various tasks to ensure smooth construction administration, such as:


  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, contractors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of issues.
  • Track project milestones and document progress, including site observations, meeting minutes, and reports.
  • Verify materials and workmanship on-site to meet design standards and contractual obligations.
  • Review and process shop drawings, submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and change orders.
  • Address and resolve field conflicts promptly, collaborating with architects and engineers as needed.
  • Propose and implement solutions to mitigate delays and maintain project momentum.



In this role, you'll take charge of managing construction site operations and construction administration, ensuring every aspect of the build aligns with design specifications and schedules. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll facilitate communication between contractors, clients, and the project team, addressing challenges as they arise and maintaining the momentum of the project. From inspecting progress on-site to reviewing and processing critical documentation, you’ll play an essential part in upholding quality and compliance.



What We're Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction site management, operations, or construction administration.
  • Proficiency with construction documentation and software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and quality control processes.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
