This position is a key liaison between customers, teammates & and production departments, to manage print-on-demand websites and ensure timeliness & accuracy of print jobs.


RESPONSIBILITIES

POD Website Maintenance

  • Manage and maintain online portals for customers, including updating user information, adjusting templates, and managing product listings.
  • Collaborate with IT or web development teams to implement necessary changes and improvements to the online platform.

Order Management

  • Receive and process orders placed through online channels.
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Monitor order progress from placement to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Customer Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to print-on-demand orders.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status, product specifications, and delivery schedules.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Franchise market wide Initiatives:

  • Main point of contact for franchise client’s market wide print marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate print layout and advertising image requests to the graphic design team. Proofread thoroughly for errors & to ensure adherence to brand standards before sending off to customers for review.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide prompt and clear responses to internal teams and customers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and flexibility to multitask and adjust priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Collaborative and Self-Directed: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Print Production Knowledge: Familiarity with print production processes and terminology is a plus but not required.
  • Relevant Experience: Prior experience in marketing coordination, customer service, project management or e-commerce is highly desirable.
