Job Description


NELA USA has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, technically focused sales professional. As the Graphic Arts business has matured, automated systems that NELA USA offers have become the key to our customers’ success. This individual will have sales responsibility for our graphic arts pre-press and print finishing automation equipment for the Midwestern and Eastern US. The Individual filling this position will be based within commuting distance of our River Falls, WI location.


Reporting directly to the Managing Director, This role requires a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Initial training will include a 4–6-week period in our production facility in River Falls, WI. To learn our equipment offering, processes and culture.

Qualifications / Requirements:


>BS/BA in Business, Engineering, related field is not required but strongly preferred.

>3+ Years sales experience in capital equipment or high dollar value sales.

>Demonstrated strong electrical and mechanical aptitude and a good general understanding of process-based software and hardware.

>Experience in process automation.

>A high level of attention to detail.

>Experience in business planning; development of account sales and relationship management plans with proven results.

>Excellent written, verbal communication and reporting skills.

>Ability to communicate sophisticated automation concepts in written form, both internally and to our customers in the form of proposals.

>Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

>Business travel experience.

>Excellent time management skills.

>Must be a strategic thinker.

>Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

>Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% in the US and Canada.


Candidates with Sales experience in the printing industry will be at a distinct advantage.
