We are seeking highly motivated and driven Sales Representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales skills to earn based on performance by providing roofing and solar solutions to clients.



Key Responsibilities

  1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Identify and research potential clients in need of roofing or solar solutions.
  • Conduct proactive outreach (cold calls, emails, door-to-door canvassing) to schedule free inspections and consultations.
  • Leverage marketing leads, referrals, and community events to generate new business opportunities.

2.Consultative Selling

  • Understand each client’s specific needs to recommend appropriate roofing or solar solutions.
  • Present the benefits of roofing upgrades or solar installations, including long-term savings and financing options.
  • Educate customers on available federal and state tax incentives for solar projects.

3.Project Coordination

  • Schedule roofing or solar consultations and coordinate free inspections for customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to project completion.
  • Work closely with project managers to provide seamless customer service and follow up on client satisfaction.
  1. Solar Sales
  • Promote solar solutions, explaining the environmental and economic benefits, including energy independence and cost savings.
  • Educate clients on solar financing options and available rebates or incentives.
  • Build trust with potential clients by providing transparent and accurate information about solar panel installation and ROI.

5.Community Engagement & Networking

  • Actively participate in local events to promote Cornerstone Construction and build a presence in the community.
  • Develop relationships with real estate agents, insurance professionals, and other potential referral sources to generate leads.

6.Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and leads in the CRM.
  • Track personal performance and strive to meet or exceed individual sales targets.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the roofing, solar, or construction industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a commission-based environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance.
  • Willingness to travel within the service areas (SC, GA, NC) for client meetings and inspections.
  • Passion for helping customers find solutions that improve their homes and lower energy costs.
