Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
- Provide guidance and support to sales team members, including training and development.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and management abilities
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or powersports industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking systems
- Knowledge of the UTV and powersports market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
