Job Summary - Regional Account Manager

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for managing existing Client relationships in a particular territory, owns the process execution of existing international recruitment efforts, and drives the growth process through re-orders and portfolio expansion. The RAM owns the onboarding of new Clients in the territory and may be called upon to prospect new business as needed for territory growth performance or engage in industry tradeshows. The RAM is the overall process expert and primary point of contact to the Client for the company that leads leverages, and coordinates the key departmental resource/subject matter experts in the areas of recruitment, legal immigration, case management, licensure, and relocation teams. The RAM is responsible for engaging Clients in a regular cadence to drive execution, project management, growth activities, periodic site visits, and monthly reporting analytics. The RAM will manage and mentor at least one Client Services coordinator in providing excellent customer service to the entire territory.


Reports To: This position reports to the Director of Account Management


Job Responsibilities:

Build Strategic Customer Relationships

  • Build excellent relationships with the most strategic clients in their territory, including C-suite engagement.
  • Drives process rigor, execution, and improvements both internally with the WWHS team and externally with the Clients.
  • Own growth targets and support S&OP planning process through the procurement of re-orders, portfolio expansion at existing Clients, and onboarding of new business.
  • Plan Client site visits, develop agendas, and present to key client stakeholders.
  • Prioritizes accounts and leverages team resources, particularly for maximum return on the most strategic territory accounts.

Operational Excellence

  • Be the primary face of the WWHS team to the Client and own the relationship from onboarding, recruitment, and immigration to arrival.
  • Drive internal collaboration across all departmental areas to provide seamless execution and outstanding customer service to their clients.
  • Coordinate all project management tasks with Client; communicate & gathers all Client documentation for timely onboarding, recruitment, & immigration processing.
  • Develops and maintains all communication with clients, works to resolve problems, promotes services, and presents value propositions.
  • Generating monthly client reports developed/ sent as per client directive
  • Lead weekly/monthly client calls as per client directive
  • Develop/ Direct/ Coach the Client Service Coordinator(s)

Project Management

  • Supports business management projects by documenting risks, issues, and action items.
  • Troubleshoot client-related issues, resolving them either individually or collectively with the departmental teams.
  • Coordinate various project management tasks
  • Keep business leaders informed about progress in various areas that impact business
  • Functions as a liaison between the Client and all departmental areas.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned.
  • Be a team player who can wear different hats representing the various departmental functions in order to serve the customer better
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, drives actions, and timeline


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or staffing industry, a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Excellent proficiency and Excel skills; as well as PowerPoint, Word, and
  • Ability to communicate with and work at different levels and across different disciplines - in person, by video, over the telephone, and by email with high attention to detail
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
  • Able to respond to changing landscape and still deliver results
