With our continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to join our global team in Solana Beach, CA. You will manage the Amazon platform. The Amazon Marketplace Manager will play a key role in shaping the online presence, optimizing the customer experience, and maximizing performance & revenue across the Amazon platform.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage all operational aspects of the Amazon channel including forecasting and reporting, optimization, inventory planning, brand registry, reviews, performance metrics, CX, etc.
  • Manage sales quotas based on realistic upsell and growth targets.
  • Help define and execute the strategy for rapid and profitable growth across the Amazon sales channel.
  • Implement strategies to improve product visibility and ranking on Amazon.
  • Develop plans for key sales periods, including scheduled promotions, major gifting holidays and Prime Day.
  • Effectively solve any logistical and/or inventory challenges and manage order processing.
  • Work with the inventory team to forecast and manage stock levels.
  • Manage Amazon ad campaigns and budgeting.
  • Work with marketing team to create additional content.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Three (3) to five (5) years' experience strategically managing Amazon marketplace activity.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central platforms.
  • Demonstrated confidence in a client-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience

Other

  • This is an exempt, full-time position, requiring employees to be on-site five (5) days a week at our Solana Beach, CA office.
  • Ability to work extended hours as business needs warrant. May on occasion include nights and weekends.
  • Travel (domestic) possible; as business needs warrant.
  • California Pay Transparency Act - The range for this role is between $70,000 to $88,000. Target compensation range and subsequent actual salary will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to specific skills, competencies, years of experience, geographic location and education as aligned to the job description.
