Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Warehouse Manager for our 2nd shift (night shift). Working hours will be from 4:00pm - 1:00am Eastern Time. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, and leading a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock checks
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain records of warehouse activities, including inventory levels, orders, and shipments
  • Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience working in a warehouse, with at least 4 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
  • Must be able to bend, stand/reach, pull, lift and carry objects in the warehouse
  • Proven experience managing staff, training and supervising a team
  • Proven/demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
  • This person must be able to work our night shift rotation. Working hours will be from 4:00pm - 1:00am EST.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior knowledge of NetSuite 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • Additional certifications or trainings in warehouse management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
