Role Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will be the person to bring the CEO’s long-term KDK vision to life. You will own the planning and execution process while managing daily operations of the business to achieve the goals. This role is for an exceptional leader who has unparalleled integrity and in-depth experience driving revenue growth. Paramount to this role is the ongoing performance of our first-class customer service.

The 3 core departments you will be responsible for leading will include:

·      Sales

·      Operations

·      Facilities and Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

·      Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective, working closely with the CEO with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, systems, reporting and controls.

·      Spearhead the development, and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes to continue building a world class, industry leading organization.

·      Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.

·      Act as a leader and trainer for our staff and manage their performance through KPIs relative to their respective job responsibilities. Motivate and encourage in a way that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.

·      Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes and use results to continually improve.

·      Oversee and manage upkeep and condition of facilities and fleet.

·      Establish and maintain important relationships with product vendors and manufacturing partners.

·      Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Background in agriculture required
  • Significant equipment knowledge required
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality, consistent results
  • Must be organized, with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
  • 3+ years of operational management experience in the agriculture industry
  • Proven experience with platforms and tools such as Salesforce
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong and professional communication skills.
  • Top-tier customer service skills
  • Sales experience is helpful

 

Work Conditions:

  • On-site in Washington, Iowa. 40+ hours per week.
