A prominent downtown law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Secretary to join their Intellectual Property (IP) Practice Group.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the section head and three other attorneys within the IP Practice Group.
  • Manage client billing functions.
  • Answer phone calls and interact with clients, including welcoming office visitors.
  • Attend and participate in docket meetings with attorneys and paralegals.
  • Maintain and organize numerous files diligently and promptly.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of three years of experience as an administrative secretary in an office setting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with online document management systems is a plus.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
