Role Description:

Clinic 5C is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of some remote work while being primarily based in Spokane, WA. The Marketing and Communications Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing marketing communications, overseeing strategic communications, and enhancing the clinic's brand and presence.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Clinic 5C's services.
  • Manage all marketing communications, including digital and print materials.
  • Oversee and coordinate strategic communications to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing and communication efforts with business goals.
  • Maintain and enhance Clinic 5C's online presence, including website and social media platforms.
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, including budgeting and scheduling.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications and strategic communications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey messages and engage various audiences.
  • Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of marketing communications and strategic communications, including campaign development and execution.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay productive in a remote work environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, its trends, and best practices (preferred).
  • Digital Marketing: Proficiency in managing online presence, including website content, google business pages, and collaboration with Social Media team.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance to make data-driven decisions.
