Located in our beautiful Woodridge, IL facility, the Service Coordinator's primary responsibilities include managing the scheduling and coordination of field service teams for repairs, preventive maintenance, startups, and project work.


Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Service Coordinator on call rotation.
  • Interface with Client Managers to review client service/project needs.
  • Interface with Construction and Refrigeration PMs to review startup schedules and staffing needs
  • Interface with Client Service PMs to review project service technician needs.
  • Interface with Procurement team to schedule technicians once needed parts have been confirmed delivered.
  • Interface with Operations Managers and General Managers daily to review:

-Projects

-Labor blending

-PMA schedules

-Service call back log

  • Schedule field service team for repairs, PM, startup, and project work.
  • Schedule all service, PM, and project work with clients.
  • Provide daily field service team schedules to appropriate AMS team members.
  • Meet with appropriate AMS staff to review client concerns.
  • Process timecards and service tickets daily, weekly, etc.
  • Manage electronic scheduling, work order and PM systems.
  • Run labor, PM, service, etc. reports as required.
  • Distribute service tickets to appropriate AMS team members for costing and to Inside Sales for follow up on noted additional work requirements.
  • Monitor PMA & Inspection schedules to ensure:

-Labor forecasts are up to date/distributed

-PM and/or inspection work is scheduled and competed timely

  • Track client call backs and review weekly with appropriate AMS team members.
  • Review daily answering service reports and discuss details with necessary team members to ensure client follow up.
  • Keep tech skills assessment spreadsheet updated.
  • Assist with new Technician onboarding process.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and leadership skills.
  • Experience in data entry (3-5 years).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Exceptional people and diplomacy skills necessary to successfully resolve all customer concerns, internal challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a high paced work environment.
