As a Administrative Assistant / Membership Services Representative

The right candidate must be a team player, have a positive attitude, be articulate, have excellent people and communication skills with the ability to coach and do conflict resolution. This candidate pays strong attention to detail, possesses active listening skills, excellent follow-up and documentation skills, and must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. A minimum of two years of experience in customer service is required.

Key Responsibilities:
*Source and coordinate appropriate introductions for our clients in accordance with the company's guidelines.
*Coach and support our clients to ensure we effectively fine tune the matchmaking process.
*Partner and support both the Matchmakers and Membership Sales Counselors in the office to exceed matchmaking goals and foster success of overall team.
*Document all member feedback, updating records accordingly in the matchmaking database.
*Perform general matchmaking administrative tasks.

*MUST HAVE MICROSOFT WORD AND EXCEL EXPERIENCE

Candidates with the following backgrounds are ideal:

- Recruiting

- Membership Sales

- Admissions

- Timeshare/Vacation Sales

- Modeling Sales

- Leasing Consultant

- Must be efficient with Microsoft Office experience (3 years)

- Office Experience (5 Years)

- Office Hours (12:30pm-9pm)
