POSITION SUMMARY

The mechanical design engineer will work with our team of Engineers in the design and documentation of equipment used in Ozone Treatment Systems. You’ll be at the forefront of integrating the most advanced modular ozone generator into process-based systems that treat the most demanding water applications on the planet.

OBJECTIVES


  • Gathering design details and specifications, hardware requirements and incorporated all these items into a complete set of mechanical drawings and schematics.
  • Design mechanical plumbing assemblies with knowledge of different types of plumbing and tube fittings
  • Design electrical control panels based off provided electrical schematics
  • Work directly with our production floor team in addressing any question during production process
  • Ensure final designs comply with UL508A and in-house quality standards
  • Maintaining detailed project schedules around your associated work scope.
  • Further the design of our existing product lines to enhance reliability, cost and long-term sustainability.


COMPETENCIES


  • Proficient in SolidWorks or other 3-D design software
  • Proficient SolidWorks, Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Dependable
  • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
  • Detail Oriented
  • English Proficient (Required)
  • USA Citizenship or Permanent US Resident (Required)


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


  • BS in Engineering, or degree from a technical college or military
  • 5 Year Experience minimum as a Mechanical Design Engineer
