Our client is a global leading manufacturer and distributor of condensate removal pumps and HVAC/R accessories. As a result of continuing growth, they are looking to recruit a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will assist with the financial management of our clients’ subsidiaries providing critical support to the Financial Controller.


This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial reporting, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities will include: -


Financial Analysis and Reporting,

Assisting with the preparation of the management reporting pack

Monitoring and analysis of key financial metrics and KPI’s


Budgeting and Forecasting

Assisting in the development and management of annual budgets & periodic forecasts

Communicating financial insights & recommendations to stakeholders


Financial Planning

Assisting in the preparation of financial planning & strategies


Compliance and Control

Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, standards and company policies


Candidates background, qualifications and experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting & knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis using Excel and other financial software and familiarity with ERP systems & financial reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification is a plus.
