Pay: $20-22/hr

Location: Cherry Hill NJ

Type: Hybrid -2 days onsite

Job Duties:

  • Handle customer inquiries and requests efficiently, drawing from up to two years of call center experience.
  • Process terminations and submit necessary tickets promptly, ensuring smooth closure of buyout, upgrades, and credit/rebill transactions.
  • Make informed decisions promptly, aiming to deliver exceptional service.
  • Align with business objectives to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Respond to incoming communication channels (phone calls, emails, mail) and internal requests within specified service level agreements (SLA).
  • Provide standard billing support, including explaining statements, processing payments, managing collections, insurance, and tax matters, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain focus, collaboration, and effective communication within the team, while minimizing distractions.
  • Maintain a positive and adaptable attitude, reflecting professionalism in all interactions.
  • Uphold punctuality standards for shifts and meetings, with flexibility to adjust to changing business needs.

Additional Requirements:

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree.
  • Possess up to two years of Customer Service/call center experience.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Possess basic Microsoft Office skills.

This role allows for a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with the option to work remotely for the remainder of the week, subject to occasional in-office requirements based on business needs. Please note that schedules and reporting expectations may be adjusted as per business requirements.
