Team Overview : They will be working with 20 folks in the Philippines and 5 in India.

Main day to day team is located in Dublin (around 5 team members local).


Project Description

Involved in the data migration project. They are modernizing and working with the team in defining the deployment plan, test plan, implementation plan and working cross functionally with other groups at Ross. They are migrating on prem to the cloud.


Duties/Day to Day Overview

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Responsible for developing testing and deployment plans.
  • Responsible for leading testing (tracking defects, ensure the correct technical resource is resolving the issues).
  • Must be comfortable with communication and presenting to Sr. Leadership.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.


Top Requirements

(Must haves)


  1. Need a PM that is seasoned with large scale deliveries
  2. Previous snowflake and stream sets experience is ideal
  3. Technical enough
  4. Strong coordination with a project plan absolutely necessary
  5. Moving/migrating On Prem data to the cloud.
  6. Very focused on documentation
  • Technical person is not required but strong resource to ask the right questions
  • Remove blockers
  • Escalate
  • Be self sufficient
