Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Review, manage and drive action of different type of contracts (MSA, SW, SaaS, Services, Telco)
  • Supports contractual and commercial negotiations with new and existing vendors.
  • Promotes savings and other value-add through proactive negotiations of new agreements and renewals.
  • Process contracts renewals and purchase orders.
  • Collaborates and aligns with various departments of the company.
  • Assists others on the procurement team with day-to-day purchases and administrative tasks.
  • Ensures all procurement activities are following the Global Procurement policy and procedures.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key skills:Must have experience in Meger & acquisition, experience with SAAS based IT Products, Vendor management, Software licenses and negotiations .
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT Procurement role with desired knowledge of contract management and contract negotiations, cost negotiations, software license and SaaS terms. and benchmarking/cost modeling.
  • Highly proactive, flexible, organized and with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, activities, and intense workloads with short timeframes and unplanned requests.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail, and a thorough, quality of work output.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, complex environment.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
  • Ability to travel domestically at minimum once per month if working remote.
  • The ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel.
  • Experience in sourcing of software, SaaS & IaaS, including strong knowledge of software license and SaaS terms.
  • Experience in Vendor Rationalization and support of M&A activities.
  • Strong technical understanding of the organizational software needs.
  • Professional Procurement qualification is desirable.
  • Prior experience with a leading technology company.
  • Prior experience working with ERP and BI tools.
