Delta Molding LLC is is a specialty silicone manufacturer, with products for the medical and fashion industries. We make realistic women's shapewear (Skinister), gender-affirming products for the transgender community (DressTech), and medical devices (Skinister Medical).

As a small business, this job will require you to wear many hats. Half your time will be devoted to day-to-day office duties that include include bookkeeping, payroll, purchasing and customer service; always with a focus on continuous improvement. The remainder of your time will be spent on projects that may include sourcing new products, streamlining systems, scheduling photo/video shoots, mailings and press releases, content creation, and more. We'll evaluate your skills and ambitions and find meaningful ways for you to contribute to the business.


Responsibilities:


BOOKEEPING: Enter day-to-day expenses into QuickBooks, manage payroll, pay bills on time, and generate financial reports.


PURCHASING: Use our inventory management system to identify low stock, generate purchase orders, track shipments, and maintain target inventory levels.


CUSTOMER SERVICE: Answer customer phone calls and emails, authorize returns, issue refunds, and resolve customer complaints.


PERSONAL ASSISTANCE: Assist the CEO with various projects and tasks.

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, etc.)
  • 3-5 years relevant experience (Bookkeeping, Office Manager, Ops Manager, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including ability to lead small groups and liaison.
  • Able to develop and maintain effective business processes.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Competent with QuickBooks.
  • A desire to thrive, build, contribute and succeed.
