This role works in a corporate environment and directly supports dealers and acts as an escalation path for customer concerns via phone.


As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact to triage all problems, collaborate with third-party providers to identify an appropriate solution, to mitigate issues, ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and implement preventative measures to ensure best-in-class service.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of automotive technical support
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex IT and connected vehicle systems
  • Ability to root cause problems and proactively seek both technical and process solutions to improve both service and efficiency continuously
  • Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail
  • Strong administrative, written, and analytical skills
