Our client is seeking a Director of Sales and Marketing to lead and execute their strategic vision for driving revenue growth, improving brand visibility, and enhancing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong background in sales, marketing, and process optimization, who understands the importance of maintaining a family-oriented atmosphere within a thriving business. This is a senior leadership role that will have a direct impact on shaping the future of the company.


Base: $190-215k


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy designed to increase market share, boost customer retention, and drive new business.
  • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats to refine and enhance the company’s sales approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team’s efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that align with the company’s family-oriented values and market positioning.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns to expand the company’s online presence.
  • Organize and oversee trade shows, industry events, and other promotional activities to enhance visibility and generate new opportunities.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials and communications reflect the company’s brand standards and values.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth, implementing effective marketing strategies, and optimizing sales processes.
