Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Creative Strategist. This role is designed for someone who can seamlessly blend creativity with data-driven insights to craft compelling marketing strategies. The Creative Strategist will work across our diverse client base, providing innovative solutions to retain and grow their portfolios while executing creative contracts at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Develop, maintain, and champion creative strategies internally and for our clients. Be the creative voice that guides the company’s vision.
  • Client Consultation: Provide data-driven consulting to clients, helping them understand and leverage creative strategies to achieve their business goals.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and execution of creative campaigns, including digital ads, social media content, and other marketing materials.
  • Execution: Create static, video, and motion ads from raw footage, and write scripts and copy for video and static image ads.
  • Market Analysis: Utilize market research and data analysis to inform creative strategies and ensure they align with client objectives.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within our client to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends in marketing and creative strategies, and integrate new techniques and technologies into our offerings.
  • Revenue Generation: Help develop and manage rate cards for creative services to ensure profitability and scalability of the creative wing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a creative strategist or similar role within the marketing industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media (frequent user of at least one of these platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Experience with FB Ads Manager, and/or experience with other ad platforms including TikTok, Youtube.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment and adapt to evolving industry trends and best practices
  • Passion for creativity and innovation.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with a variety of clients across different industries.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and its application in creative strategy.
