Role Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant with experience in a fast-paced corporate environment to support the Senior Vice President of our client. This role involves calendar management, coordinating travel arrangements, handling sensitive correspondence, and managing various projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Senior Vice President's calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and other engagements.
  • Handle email correspondence, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and manage expenses.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute travel arrangements, including international travel and visa coordination.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution and provide backup for the Finance Executive Assistant when needed.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Organize and manage corporate events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and attention to detail.
  • Assist with financial data management, including expense report reconciliation.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve issues and challenges as they arise.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-4 years of prior experience successfully supporting executives or C-level leaders.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in calendar management, travel planning, and email correspondence.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting VP-level or above in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with international travel arrangements and visa coordination.
  • Knowledge of finance and expense report reconciliation.
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time position with expected hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • This role requires onsite in Bentonville, AR.
  • There is potential for this assignment to be extended beyond 13 weeks.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $37.00 to $ 41.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
