Key Responsibilities include:
Sales Support and Diagnostics – Mandatory skill set with highest weightage
Support Pre-sales pursuits , become a key member of the cross-functional pursuit teams to formulate plans for proposed transformation/transition roadmaps;
Lead and manage diagnostic/analysis efforts with prospects and Clients in which detailed solutions/recommendations can be formulated;
Market perspective and can consult clients on the opportunities within Legal outsourcing world to grow EXL portfolio
Solutioning - Lead complex LSS Business-technology discussions with EXL and client support teams in an effort to validate proposed business solution.
Support business selling with transformation/transition teams, assist Account Team in responding to new opportunities and proposals Required to bridge the gap between Operating Strategy, Business Processes and Technology implementation.
Lead detailed design & planning, manage the progress, and manage the delivery of the final solutions throughout the course of the transformational life cycle and in “Business as usual” state.
Key Qualifications
- Practice / Operating Lead: Strong Business Development, Leadership, and Program Management experience, supplemented by direct operational, process, and domain expertise (Legal). Is a qualified Attorney.
- Domain Expertise: Has worked in the Litigation function of an Insurance carrier, deep understanding of the Litigation workflow – for both Staff and Pannel counsel
Facilitation Skills: Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals to extract, define, and document business processes towards a common conclusion.Ability to work across virtual teams both within EXL and the Client community in a hands-on manner.
- Program/Project Management Skills: Ability to scope goals/objectives, identify/size tasks & milestones, and manage/motivate a group (EXL & Clients) towards a common conclusion. Ability to work across multiple teams both within EXL and the Client community in a hands-on manner.
- Solution Definition/Deal Shaping: Able to define creative value proposition for clients leveraging EXL capabilities.
