Our Clinical Nurse Leaders collaborate within dynamic interdisciplinary teams, emphasizing a patient-centered care approach in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Under the guidance of the Nurse Manager, the Clinical Nurse Leader employs evidence-based practices in alignment with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and directives from the medical staff.

This role involves utilizing nursing expertise to formulate comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and their families.

High 12, one of our largest medical units, features 46 beds and 25 telemetry monitors. The Clinical Nurse Leader serves as a vital resource for the team during off-shift hours, catering to a diverse patient population with complex medical conditions.


Experience:
A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required.
