MFS Talent is actively seeking a Business Development Manager to engage with both new and existing client partners, facilitating tailored solutions for their Healthcare Staffing requirements. Collaborating closely with our specialized recruitment teams, Business Development Managers ensure the delivery of top-tier candidates to meet the unique needs of our clients.


Responsibilities:


- Initiate contact with potential and current clients to cultivate enduring business partnerships.

- Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with clients to discern their Healthcare Staffing needs, outline the contributions expected from both parties, introduce the suite of services offered by MFS Talent, and collaboratively devise innovative solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

- Work in tandem with recruitment teams to ensure a thorough understanding of client specifications and timely provision of qualified candidates.

- Strategize and execute plans to expand MFS Talent's market share within the designated region or client base.

- Lead or participate in team meetings to ensure the dissemination of up-to-date information, gather and relay client feedback, and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- Promote cross-selling opportunities for other MFS Talent and Adecco Group services.

- Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Healthcare Staffing to provide informed guidance to clients and recruitment teams.


About You:


The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record in B2B Healthcare Staffing or related fields. Success in this role hinges upon adept relationship-building skills, both with external clients and internal recruitment teams. By fostering a collaborative working environment, you will strive to surpass performance targets and deliver exceptional service to our clientele.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' staffing industry business development experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
