Job Description: Our client is looking to bring on a proactive minded project coordinator to join the medical strategy and execution team. This role is suited for a highly organized individual, with biopharma experience being a plus. This individual will support a variety of therapeutic areas.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant project coordinating experience
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the medical strategy and execution team
  • Assist in planning and executing activities related to medical affairs
  • Own the process of updating and maintaining project calendars and documentation to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to support strategic portfolio reviews and updates
  • Monitor project timelines milestones to ensure projects are on track
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
  • Assist in managing and updating the internal website, contributing to improved communications and accessibility.
