LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to manage financial and administrative tasks, ensuring accurate processing and monitoring of incoming payments and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect overdue customer payments.
  • Process payments and manage accounts per financial policies.
  • Conduct daily financial transactions and maintain accounts receivable records.
  • Prepare bills, invoices, and deposits.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Send payment reminders and liaise with clients.
  • Generate financial statements and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an accounts receivable clerk, manager, or accountant.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and credit practices.
  • Proficient in data entry and accounting software
  • Strong skills in MS Office and customer service.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
