Full-Time Training Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Training Specialist. As a key member of our staff, you will provide support and supervision during work-related programming, including STEP and other work programs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer surveys, assessments, and assist with STEP data collection, input, and management requirements.
- Provide support and supervision during work-related programming, including community and school work environments, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
- Operate all equipment related to assistive technology, prone standers, walkers, and other items as required.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Programs for students with varying functional levels.
- Transport and assist with supervision for the safety of students while loading and unloading buses/vans for daily transport to and from job sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Must be able to have a flexible work schedule
- Must have a School Bus Permit to drive SASED Vans (SASED can provide support)
- Prior work experience required
