  • Length –5 months with the potential for extension
  • Pay: 21/hr.
  • Schedule – Full Time M-F – 40 hours per week
  • Location – Jacksonville, FL – on site role


What’s a typical day like? You’ll be:

  • Compile, update and rewrite SOP’s.
  • Deliver documentation on time and with the highest quality attainable within the project.
  • Schedule and lead reviews of documents created with SMEs to support project schedule.
  • Submit completed documents to a document control system for approvals and release.


This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in QA and/or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Up to 3 years of technical writing experience in an FDA/ISO or equivalent regulated industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent grammar, clerical and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work with project personnel, support groups and subject matter experts.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills required.
