Quality Document Control Clerk

Stellar Energy Americas Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality Document Control Clerk to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

Job Summary:

The Quality Document Control Clerk will be responsible for controlling and monitoring project-related information, developing document distribution, collecting and recording information, and maintaining a sorting and searching system based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake document control work independently.
  • Assist the Quality Director/Manager in maintaining a proper document control system.
  • Control and manage information for projects, including executing project information collection and distribution procedures, monitoring and tracking information flow, and reporting progress.
  • Assist and coordinate with manufacturing teams and suppliers for information management.
  • Accomplish tasks in accordance with company procedures, specifications, standards, and project-specific addenda.
  • Maintain good interface with other disciplines.

Requirements:

  • Adequate experience and technical background in information management control, familiar with universal procedures for information management control and cooperation with other disciplines.
  • Familiar with information management delivery lists and content.
  • Familiar with prevailing software applications, such as MS Office suite.
  • At least 3 years' multi-project work experience, at least 1 year of information management control work experience.
  • Adequate experience for coordination with other disciplines, familiar with the scope of work split with relevant disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of managing document control systems per ISO 9001:2015.

Work Environment:

This position will work out of our Manufacturing Facility in Jacksonville, FL.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must frequently lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

No travel required for this position.
