Job Description

KNS is seeking a HR assistant / exec assistant to join our team We want a candidate that thrives in a high growth environment and has a demonstrated track record of success. Responsibilities

  • Must be organized, and detailed orientated
  • Must be an expert in Excel and Power Point
  • Budget Management skills
  • Schedule appointments, trainings, meetings, luncheons, conferences, interviews, etc.
  • Plan all company parties, annual dinners, team activities, etc.
  • Record maintenance – entry, updating and validation of employee files.
  • Administration perks to all full-time employees.
  • Must be familiar with Paycom.
  • Help with workers compensation submissions and reporting if needed.
  • Must be comfortable interviewing multiple applicants for our busy season during 4th quarter.
  • Must be familiar with Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Onboarding – collection of necessary records for incoming employees, their introduction to the organization and initial training on company policy and procedures.
  • Assistance to internal employees with HR related requests.
  • Taking whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done, establishing, and maintaining communications with all people/employees necessary.
  • Performing offboarding and termination procedures for employees leaving the organization.
  • Support workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Use HR software and become an in-house expert.
  • Support employees when human resources issues arise with efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring, implementing, and reporting applicable human resource federal and state requirements (OSHA, EEOC, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
  • Work on special projects as assigned by HR Operations Leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience Preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of computers including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software.
  • Experience working with HR Software – Paycom knowledge a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, takes initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently.
  • Multi-task, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Pass a full criminal background check.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time Hybrid



Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
