Customer Service Representative for Stock Applications
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals for Data Entry, Batching, and Customer Service to process applications for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data, batching documents, and providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the ESOP application process.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Data Entry:** Input accurate and timely data from various documents and forms related to ESOP applications into our database system.
2. **Batching:** Organize and batch documents in accordance with established procedures to ensure efficient processing and tracking of ESOP applications.
3. **Customer Service:** Provide professional and courteous assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on the status of ESOP applications.
4. **Quality Assurance:** Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness in ESOP application documents and database entries.
5. **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the overall efficiency of ESOP application procedures.
6. **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and correspondence related to ESOP applications for reference and audit purposes.
7. **Adherence to Regulations:** Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies governing ESOP applications and data management practices.
**Requirements:**
1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document processing.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
5. Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry software.
6. Familiarity with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) or willingness to learn.
7. Prior experience in data entry, batching, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
