Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tooling management
  • Preferred background in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic knowledge of safety and ergonomics standards, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
  • Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and tools
  • Experience with procurement, both domestic and international
  • Strong interdisciplinary communication skills
  • Ability to manage fast-paced objectives and collaborate with internal teams and customers
  • Supervisory experience
